Based at Bolton Quarry in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this outstanding simulated game venue delivers some of the most sporting clays in North Yorkshire. Shooting takes place over historic named drives that were originally developed for driven game shooting, using dramatic valleys, steep hillsides, and cliff edges to produce truly testing targets. Days offer a wide variety of shooting, from traditional simulated game drives using partridge and pheasant-style presentations to specialist simulated grouse and extreme high birds designed to challenge even the most experienced shots. Packages can be tailored to suit each group, ranging from full hospitality days to more informal “beers and pies” shooting-focused experiences.
