The Brigands Shoot is located in Mid-Wales, within the valleys of the Cambrian Mountains and close to the southern edge of Snowdonia National Park.
The Brigands Shoot is located in Mid-Wales, within the valleys of the Cambrian Mountains and close to the southern edge of Snowdonia National Park. The estate is situated near Mallwyd, Machynlleth, Powys.
From the A470, follow signs towards Machynlleth and then continue towards Mallwyd. The estate is reached via local country roads, so allow extra time for the final approach.
From the North West, follow the A487 towards Machynlleth, then join the A470 towards Mallwyd.
Teams either meet for breakfast at the lodges or at the pub. For those not staying overnight, the day begins with breakfast at the shoot lodge.
The day's shooting consists of four drives, with the chef joining the team in the field to prepare and serve elevenses, creating a relaxed and enjoyable mid-morning break.


Bettws Hall Lodges offer the perfect accommodaiton, located 35 mintues from the shoot. Alternatively there is the Brigands in, which is in the heart of the shoot.
