Entry Form - Las Majadillas 

TERMS and CONDITIONS of ENTRY

1. The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over.

2. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on the published closing date. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. To enter, participants must comply with the entry requirements set out in the competition promotion. Entries received through both the online entry form and Instagram will be included, provided they meet the stated entry criteria.

4. The winner will be selected by Darbishire Sports from all eligible entries received before the closing date. Darbishire Sports' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition or the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the closing date using the contact details provided at the time of entry or by another method at Darbishire Sports' discretion. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, fails to provide the required information, or is found to be ineligible, Darbishire Sports reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. The prize consists of:

   • Two days' shooting for two people on two 600-bird days at Las Majadillas on 10th and 11th March 2027.

   • Two nights' accommodation for two people.

   • Food and drink as provided within the hosted package.

7. The prize is valid only for the scheduled dates of 10th and 11th March 2027 and must be redeemed at that time. No alternative dates will be offered unless agreed at the sole discretion of Darbishire Sports and the prize provider.

8. The prize does not include:

   1. International or domestic flights.

   2. Travel insurance.

   3. Spending money.

   4. Any food or drink outside of the hosted package.

   5. Any other personal or incidental expenses.
      All additional costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. The winner and their guest must comply with all terms, conditions and safety requirements applicable to shooting at Las Majadillas. Failure to do so may result in the prize being withdrawn.

10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize, in whole or in part.

11. Darbishire Sports reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the competition or the prize where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with the competition.
